Update on Twitter Support

So they finally answer the support ticket I submitted the day that the account was compromised in the mass spamming last week.  Here is there response:

Hi RefVengance,

We're currently looking into your issue. In the meantime, check out our Getting started page for help on things like account settings, setting up your profile, using Twitter with your phone, @replies, direct messages, following, removing, blocking, finding people, and more:

I still have absolutely no intentions of returning to twitter.  This issue was not handled promptly and they direct people to a help page with common issues.  It seems that the folks at twitter are still clueless as to what is happening and how their servers were compromised.

Sorry, I refuse to support such a careless website.

ANOTHER UPDATE....

Yet another email from twitter....

Hi,

You're receiving this automated response because of one of these things:

* The problem you reported has been fixed
* You filed a duplicate request and we're working on an open one, or we solved your issue in another request
* Yours is a known issue that we're aware of and working on fixing, listed here: [link removed]
* Your request is answered by an article listed in our Help Articles, here: [link removed]

You can type a word into the search box to find topics relevant to your question. Once you're looking at a help resource, you can also see other topics related to it.

User Names On Twitter

Twitter isn't releasing inactive user names; if you're writing in to get the user name of someone who hasn't updated in more than 6 months, we apologize, but we're not able to release them at this time. If your user name request relates to Terms of Service issues, such as trademark or copyright, please see the policies listed here:
